An activity is a game where the settings have been modified and then saved, thus locking in those settings so that the settings are the same each time a client plays the activity. As you learned in the previous lesson, settings can include duration, sensitivity, hit delay, colors, and even the game volume.
Best Practice Tip: Name your Activity with the game’s name plus the physical task being done (i.e. Sit to Stand – Seek the Letter). You can also further describe the complexity of the exercise in the “description” box.
